Confidentiality and Privacy Policies

We value your privacy and ensure each client full confidentiality. At the start of services, you will designate in writing any and all of the people you would like to receive information about your child and/or attend sessions with your child. The parents/legal guardians may add or remove from the list whomever they choose at any time.

Whole Child Developmental Services, LLC will not release any piece of information and will not hold a session in the presence of any person not designated in writing by a parent/ legal guardian.

No information about your child, their needs, their plans, or your family will be shared without direct parent/legal guardian permission with any person or entity unless the child or another family member is believed to be in danger. We are mandated reporters and are obligated to inform the proper entities of suspected danger, neglect, or abuse.

All education and medical records, electronic communication (email, text, etc.), and session/evaluation notes will be kept and maintained under HIPAA compliant password protected devices.
